Beyond Link lets you save and organize links, notes, and tags. This page describes what information may be processed when you use the app.

Data We Process

• Account information (such as email address and display name) when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Saved content you create in the app, including links, titles, notes, and tags.
• Technical account identifiers (such as your Firebase user ID) used to store and sync your data.
• Email preference choices (including marketing opt-in, if you enable it).

How We Use Data

• Provide authentication and access to your personal saved links.
• Store and sync your bookmarks, notes, and tags across sessions.
• Provide optional product updates or communications if you explicitly opt in to email contact.
• Support core app functionality and account management (including account deletion).

Apple Intelligence

Beyond Link can use on-device Apple Intelligence to suggest titles, notes, and tags for links. These suggestions are generated on the device when available. The app may also fetch webpage metadata (such as page title or description) to improve suggestion quality.

Third-Party Services

Beyond Link uses Firebase services (Authentication and Firestore) and Google Sign-In to provide authentication and data storage features.

Your Choices

• You can sign out at any time.
• You can edit or delete saved links.
• You can manage email preferences in the app.
• You can request deletion of your account directly in the app.
